It is mandatory for landlords to obtain a Gas Safety Certificate or CP12 for every gas appliance in their rental property to ensure the safety of tenants. These certificates need to be renewed annually, and failing to do so can result in significant fines. Additionally, the gas appliances may pose a danger to tenants if not properly maintained. Fortunately, Mr. Under Floor can help with obtaining Gas Safety Certificates on an annual basis, alleviating the responsibility from landlords.
